How Weekgrade handles information

This site does not use advertising trackers or cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting, or personal identifiers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font files. Contact links open your own email client; nothing is submitted to us until you send that email.

Email you send us

When you email hello@weekgrade.com we keep the message to respond to you and to run the engagement you asked about. We do not sell or share your contact details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Client data during an engagement

Files and exports you provide are handled under a signed agreement that covers confidentiality, retention, deletion, and the providers we use. In summary: your data is stored in a space isolated to your company, access is limited to the people working on your account, raw files are deleted on a written schedule, all data is deleted within 30 days of termination on request, and your data is never used to train public AI models. Our AI and hosting providers are named in the agreement and bound by the same rule.

This notice describes current practice in plain language. The signed client agreement governs any engagement.
